"Just realised we hadn't left a review. Only discovered this cottage a couple of years ago. Currently on our third stay. Just tremendous. Brian and Gill perfect hosts, property truly immaculate. Easily our favourite place to stay in the UK. Yes, if you are looking for peace and tranquility in the perfect English rural location, then you've just found it. Enjoy." Sue and David (May 2019) |
"Our second stay at the cowshed. What a fantastic place. Brian and Gill are so warm and welcoming . Beautifully furnished and everything you would need ( including tongs ). Very comfortable bed offering a good nights sleep.
The views well what can we say . Spectacular. Overlooking Ludlow, in the distance you can make out the church and castle. Lovely location for venturing out into Shropshire and beyond. Highly recommend" Howard and Susan (July 2023) |
"Another great holiday.... .... Thank you" Robert and Margaret (March 2022) |
"We have visited the Cowshed 7 times now. It is a beautiful comfortable cottage with fantastic views from the sun room of Ludlow and the far reaching countryside, there is even a resident pheasant. Every thing you need for your stay is catered for. Brian and Gill have always make us feel very welcome and we look forward to continuing to visit as it seems like a second home now. Shropshire is a beautiful County with lots of places to walk and attractions and villages to visit." Gill and Clive Knibbs (May 2022) |
